Bye for Now and Happy Birthday to Gena!!!

We had an excellent trip to Michigan. The weather was beautiful, our visits went great. We found a lot of treasures in garage sales and thrift stores.
Nice to see some friends also while in Grand Heaven.
It was a very nice feeling to see the grand kids. Alex & Tanner are so bright, I better start learning my geography if I want to keep up with both of them. Masin is a speedy Gonzales. here he is, here he is gone.
It was also nice to come back home to our "menagerie". New babies rabbits (12), new baby ducks (5) now all gone. Lots and lots of tomatoes, green peppers and finally bird's gourds.
We did some apple sauce , apple jelly, wild sand plum jelly.
We had a couple a meetings regarding our goal to open a Community Center & Grocery Store. The Amish settlement are enthusiastic about it and can't wait to see it happening.
This coming Wednesday, we have another meeting but this time at the City Hall, we've out grow our house.
2 offers of 2 different houses in great despair of renovations, 4 lots to build a pole barn.................but no founds yet to proceed .
Saturday afternoon we were invited to a Blue Grass jamboree....great time 11 musicians (old timers) with guitars, violins....
And best of all, Nick had accepted to take square dancing classes....Youppie...this coming Thursday night.
As you see, life goes on and we work harder than when we were working ( lol)
