Steven gave us a call saying they are doing fine. They will be out of power for at least a week. Their house did not suffer any damage but their neighborhood is pretty destroyed he said. They were on their way to buy a generator up north that's why he was able to call. Other then that Fema took over their tower for communication and they do not have any cell service . They will keep in touch he said.
Today was our anniversary (6years) so we went for brunch at Harrah's. We finished the tiling and grouting in the kitchen. Next step is the baseboard and sealing the tiles and we will be back where we were before the flood.

Fiston a appelle pour nous dire qu'ils etaient en securite. Il n'aura pas d'electricite pour au moins une semaine. Leur maison est intacte mais le voisinage est detruit. Leur cellulaire ne fonctionne pas car Fema a pris le controle de la tour de communication. Il va donner d'autres nouvelles aussitot qu'il pourra.
Aujourd'hui c'etait notre anniversaire de mariage (6 ans) et nous sommes alles bruncher au Casino Harrah's. Nous avons termine de poser la ceramique et faire les joints. Il ne reste qu'a installer les cadrages et vernir le plancher et nous serons de retour ou nous etions avant l'inondation.
